The Apple Isle

Not long back from Tasmania. Saw some nice pots along the way and some beautiful scenery - just a bit cold for me.

Little tablets

These little pieces are proto-types for either brooches or pendants. The ones with holes could be pendants or bracelets depending on how they are put together.

Glazed bottles

I realised I hadn't posted a photo of my bottles when they were glazed - here are two. I am trying to throw some more. Why did I decide on such a difficult shape?

Drawing Ginger Flowers

These drawings were a class activity last term.
I used pastels to capture the great colours. The second drawing was done a week later when the flowers were no longer fresh.
