I recently purchased a second hand kiln!
Yes very exciting...
it is tiny, only about 30cm by 30cm but I'll be able to fire and glaze without having to transport pieces.
A few housekeeping things to be done first AND I need to work out how to use the controller...
its not one I've seen before
rather a learning curve in store for me ...
Kim's Sunday Ceramics linkup is open today so hop over and check out for other pottery blogs
or I might see you on Facebook - Anna's Ceramics

So happy for your, what brand is it? Perhaps there are instructions on line.
How very exciting!
Hi Linda, its a Woodrow, a local maker here in Sydney. Its a tricky controller to program but I'll get there. :)
It is Caroline, will have to make some small pieces to try it out :)
A tiny kiln like yours is very handy to do tests. I wish I have one. Even thought mine is small, but it's too big to do tests. : )
Hi Midori
I make jewellery as well as pots. And yes a good size for tests for larger items.
I could use such a small kiln for my glaze testing or jewelry making. My kiln is soo huge and I cannot make some quick last minute firing.
greetings from Switzerland
Hi Danijela
Yes I didn't want a large kiln as I make small things plus some jewellery. Hope you can find a small one too.
