Hi Linda Thank you. The hydrangea is a tough old thing that just keeps giving. The other flower is the New South Wales Christmas Bush. It is actually the bract that is left on after the small white flower finishes. It turns a red in time for Christmas each year. All the best to you and your DH
Hi EC Thank you and thank you... they were fun to make. The donkey is based on a glass ornament my mother had on her dressing table that came to me when she passed.
A Very Happy New Year to you! Sorry not to have commented in time to have said "Merry Christmas", but I'm sure that your lovely Nativity figures gave a special joy to their part of the room! Happy Potting in 2018!

And to you and yours. I think that is one of the most stylish nativity scenes I have ever seen.
merry xmas to you and yours, enjoy the holidays, what a beautiful hydrangea
What a sweet nativity scene. Did you make it?
Hi Barbara
Thank you. Yes I made this a few years ago now. Threw the bodies and then hand built the details. My son made the glass leadlight vase.
